Another bow out for the project

My "star" mechanic has decided to jump ship on the project. He told me that there will never be a demand for hybrid conversions. HA HA... HA
I'm really not surprised... the American Dream sleeps soundly in most people today and might never be awakened. I've got another mechanic that can help me get this going but it might take more prodding to wake him up.

Hybrid Advertisement Campaigns

Lexus has announced their RX 400H SUV Hybrid series. This $45,000 vehicle boasts a cool 36mpg/hwy with little or no loss in performance. It should be out in April of this year but Lexus will only bring over 20,000.

Recently Ford has announced its regenerative braking system that will supposedly allow for up to 60mpg/hwy in a standard F-150 series pickup. Now if I can just convert my '02 F-150 to at least 30mpg/hwy that would be awesome.

Ethanol could become a great partner for Hydrogen Fuel Cell Technology. Read the article.

Introducing the HyBreed Theory

The hybrid push of the 21st century is finally starting. I foresee that there will be no way that a hybrid vehicle will be provided for every driver and I hardly doubt that every driver would be able to afford one.
So my suggestion... Initiate the HyBreed/BioBreed business plan. This project is centered around the understanding that most of the vehicles on the road today should be converted to a hybrid or be using some kind of low-cost energy source. In late 2005 I wrote a brief business proposal/executive summary for the Houstontech.org Energy Convention that took place on Jan. 25/26. Needless to say my business proposal was not accepted and I did not present at the convention. But the idea still stands and I'm still wanting to push it. Here is a piece of the summary:

In a world that is hurting for alternate fuel dependency, we at Pi believe that something needs to be done to ease the pain. Efficient, low-cost fuels exist in our world today but haven't been completely tapped due to technology limitations and the amount of public interest. We can see the demand for alternate fuel dependent automobiles start to rise dramatically due to recent gas prices and other economic woes. In order for this world to maintain economic stability we all require the access to value priced energy sources.

HyBreed Series is a research group underneath the Payton Innovations LLC umbrella. Payton Innovations LLC is registered in the state of Delaware as a Series LLC.

Our first venture will be the economical push of BioDiesel in a petroleum dominant world. We have provided many documents about quality, the recipe, production, and a brief history on BioDiesel. From now on we will refer to Bio-Diesel as BD.

I've even got the lead mechanic to start it, with plenty of land that sits right next to Hwy. 59 South in Rosenberg, TX.
But alas... I am unable to get it off the ground. I'm just a High School Grad with limited experience in business and business plan writing.
My #1 goal is to find an investor or group of investors that would like to take me and my company under their wing for a while. I need professional mentoring as well as immediate funding for all of Payton Innovations LLC projects.

Our initial goal is to jump on the alternate fuel push and then we should have enough funding to work on other alternate fuel sources. Tapping into solar as well as electro-magnetics is just an example of our area of interest.
